The Gardaí get trained up in Templemore, the crowd goes wild in Semple Stadium and on a day like any other back in 1884, the GAA was founded in Hayes' Hotel. A pint of Bulmers and a packet of O’Donnells crisps go a long way around here, and come silage season you won’t pass a single farmer that won’t give you a good mannered salute.
