I’m trying to place an order but the billing page keeps bouncing back?
There are two options you can try:
1 .Please refresh the page or erase your cashe history.
2. Go back to your basket and then checkout.

Is it possible to amend my address or order after it has been placed?
Our team is working very hard to dispatch your orders as soon as possible and amending your order is a bit of a difficulty. However we are here for you so if you get in touch with us via email email@example.com within the first 30 minutes since the purchase we will do our best to help you. Please title your email – ORDER AMENDMENT + Name + Order number
Another good news is that if you bought a subscription you can change the address details every month until the 30th day of the month. If you change houses but won’t update the address until the 30th day of the month your pair of socks will fly to the address picked while purchasing the subscription.
How long does the delivery take?
All orders are shipped with AnPost (standard post) from our warehouse in Galway City. The delivery time depends on the destination country (which varies from 5-15 working days if shipped outside Ireland). If your order is destined for the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland it should be delivered within 3 working days.
Please keep in mind that all times are estimates.
Please note that during final sales and holiday seasons (November/December/ St. Patrick’s Day / Bank Holidays) delivery times can be longer than usual and it’s recommended to keep track with AnPost delivery estimate times for those periods.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Good news is when you buy products with a value over €30 you’ll get your products shipped for free (applies to individual products, not subscriptions). If your order is less than €30, a total shipping charge of €2.1 will be added to your order (if delivered in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland).
The delivery cost of € 4.25 applies to the rest of the world.
Orders to countries within the EU are subject to VAT which is included in the price. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We ship your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the USA & EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be, you have to contact your local customs office for more information.
Where do you ship your products?
We ship pretty much everywhere in the world mostly to Ireland, UK, UE, US, New Zealand, Australia.

When do you dispatch orders?
We dispatch ordered items every working day at 3pm.
If you purchased a subscription, the first pair is usually send within the first 48 hours ( if it’s a domestic order it should be delivered within 3 working days; rest of the world 5-15 working days). Every next pair is dispatched on the 14th or 15th day of the next following month (please note that this does not include Personalised Subscription). If the next 14th or 15th day of the month happens to be Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday your items will be dispatched on the first working day after the holiday.
If I order larger volume, would I get a discount?
If you want to get more of the socks, just email (email@example.com) us and we will see what we can do.
How should I look after my socks?
We recommend to start with cutting the label with scissors rather than ripping it off as it may cause damage.
We make sure our socks meet the highest standards but your care will surely help them live a longer and happier life.
Please turn them inside out and wash at temperature of of 30°C/86°F.
Bleaching or ironing is socks least favourite thing so please try to avoid it.
Even though our socks are durable, tumble drying is not highly recommended.
Once washed and dried wear them proud.
Which size should I pick?
Our socks are unisex and we are aiming for as universal sizes as possible.
For example, if your shoe size is 7, our socks compartment of 36-40 will be perfect as much as if you are size 3.
The socks come in two sizes 3-7 (36-40) and 8-12 (41-46). Visit size guidelines here.
What are your socks made of?
Our socks in 80% are made of high standard combed cotton.
To make sure each pair is perfect, the machines we use (Italian ones ulala!) accept only 100% combed cotton, certified Oeko-tex. The 168 needle machine construction works precisely to create every sock uniquely strong and very soft. All of our socks have seamless finish for the best possible comfort. They are made of 80% cotton, 17% polyamide, 3% elastane.
My socks arrived damaged – what should I do?
If, very unlikely, your socks arrive damaged, please get in touch with us asap via firstname.lastname@example.org with an image of the faulty product and we will sort something out very soon.

Is the Personalised Subscription real? Do you deliver socks on time?
We want you to be happy, we want those who you want to be happy to be happy. We will do our best so the order will land in receiver’s postbox on the chosen date. We rely on AnPost and trust their estimated delivery times, so please keep in mind that all times are estimates which means the socks could arrive early or late. But, please remember we will put all the work of the world to avoid that.
I want to buy subscription as a gift, what should I do?
Nice wan. Pick subscription you’d like to give, choose size and when you purchase your order please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the name of the receiver so we will personalise the Subscription Certificate.
Is it possible to get a bulk gift subscription?
Yes, we will be very happy to dress many people. Please email us for details email@example.com
Can I amend my details during the period of the up front paid subscription?
Sure, but you have to update details on your profile by the end of a month. If you update your details after the last day of a month your next pair of socks will fly to yout firstly chosen address/name etc.
Please note that this does not apply if you change countries.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your aouto-renewing one month subscription at any time without any hassle.
You can also cancel any other subscription at any time if:
- you will return (unpacked, undamaged) every pair received during the period of subscription (you will cover the cost of return and original shipping costs). For example if purchased the 6 month subscription and wish to cancel after 3 months you will be asked to return (at your cost) all 3 pairs received during the 3 months All socks unused, undamaged with undamaged labels and packaging.
I don’t like the pair I got in my subscription. Can I exchange it?
We work very hard to design good quality socks and are hoping you will love them as much as we do. But if you are unhappy about the pair we randomly picked for you, please send them back to us (you will be asked to cover the shipping costs) – undamaged, unopened, unused within the first 7 days. We will pick a new pair for you. Also, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and subscription details.
Will subscription auto-renew when completed?
Pay upfront Subscriptions
Not at all. You pay upfront for your subscription and your account will expire on it’s own after all of your socks have been shipped. You will not be charged again unless you want to continue the subscription.
This subscription renews itself every month so you can cancel it whenever you feel. Remember though it has to be done before the 10th of each month as we will ship another pair for you if you will not cancel. To cancel email us at email@example.com
